Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

PLASTERED PRINTS specialises in printed posters featuring humorous designs, illustrations and quotes.

We aim to display our products, colours, descriptions and sizes as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device.

Our posters are printed to order through a third-party fulfilment partner. Product availability, printing methods and available sizes may vary by design.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase a product from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please check your delivery address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Delivery charges and any applicable additional costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices and offers at any time. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a genuine error requires us to contact you.

5. Printing and Fulfilment

Our products are printed and fulfilled by a third-party production partner, which prints, packages and ships orders on our behalf.

We remain responsible for handling your order and addressing any issues in accordance with your statutory rights.

As our posters are printed to order, production and dispatch times may vary. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. Delays may occasionally occur due to production issues, postal services, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms removes our responsibilities under applicable consumer law.

7. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

The fact that a poster is printed to order does not automatically remove your legal cancellation rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or commercially use our artwork or website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a poster does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce it commercially.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse our services.

We reserve the right to take reasonable action where misuse of our website or services occurs.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify for ecommerce and Prodigi for print fulfilment.

These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Our use of third-party providers does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
