At PLASTERED PRINTS, our posters are printed to order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your poster arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us at our store contact email with your order number and photographs of the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

As our posters are printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you change your mind. However, this does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Order cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once printing has started, we may be unable to cancel it.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Faulty goods, goods that do not match their description, and other circumstances covered by consumer law will be handled in accordance with your legal rights.
